I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, squirtle98.

There are three ways to do this.

1.  Create the basic template, then modify it for each person.  You could use scripting to do that for you.

2.  Don't use actual signatures, use scripting to create a signature on the fly.

3.  Purchase a 3rd-party application that manages signatures.  There are a number of these available.  Slipstick.com (http://www.slipstick.com) maintains a good list of those.
