For my Enterprise Mail Search application, I want to create a user account and want to provide access to read mails from OWA on all users mailboxes. The application connects to user mailbox through OWA and indexes the mails. By giving full permissions we can achieve it but I want to give,
-Only read access to mails on mailboxes.
-Access mails from Exchange OWA

Can you suggest me please...

Giving read perissions on a user mailbox didn't work. I am unable to access the user's mailbox from OWA.
