I think this covers all the areas; however, I believe the problem I was having was related to similar problems I was having with Word &amp;&nbsp;Excel. &nbsp;It required a change in the DDE settings. &nbsp;

I have two machines I am working on that have similar issues with Outlook. &nbsp;They both have duo core processors with over 4 gig of RAM. &nbsp;When Outlook opens two icons appear on the task bar. &nbsp;It takes almost 5 minutes before the screen will populate. &nbsp;Once it finally appears, the second icon on the task bar disappears. &nbsp;During this process, no other applications will work. &nbsp;Is there a solution to making it run faster. &nbsp; My client is so frustrated. He is looking into different products.
