I tried what you said. I did a full backup of the BB using BB Desktop and then tried to sync it using a new user account. I still wasn't able to get the email's to sync. I able to sync all the items but the email. Am I missing something? Thanks for you assistance

1) You could have a corrupted email on he BB device or issues with the Outlook PST.<br />
<br />
I would run a check on the outlook files.<br />
Also did you check the log file to see why it would not synch ?<br />

Thank you for the response. &nbsp;This did not resolve my problem completely but it did assist. To fix this issue I re-setup the users email and dowloaded the mail from the Gmail server. This caused me to have all kinds of duplicate emails but after those emails were deleted then the user was fine and back in operation.

Is there any way to sync the email on the blackberry to a PC with Microsoft Outloook on it? I have been able to sync everything but the email.<br />
