Hi all,
having some problems w/ my VOIP service.  The tech wants to verify that my checkpoint R55 server isn't causing any problems.  He's asking that I get him the Nat UDP Timeout value.
Anyone know where I can find this information for CHECKPOINT R55?

Thanks,

Hi,

Go to Policy -> Global Properties -> Stateful Inspection and you will be able to see all your default session timeouts.

HTH!

Yes,
Since we're dealing w/ VOIP, I should be checking UDP Virtual Session time out, correct?  That timer is set to 40 seconds.

Hiya, not a VOIP expert but that is indeed your UDP session timeout setting - all releases of Checkpoint are 40 seconds by default.
