vmware download and install issues

I want to download vmware server to install oracle rac for that I used the link
http://www.vmware.com/partners/alliances/technology/oracle.html

downloaded vmware..
As a result of that I  have two folders in desktop vmware server homepage.. and vmware server exe
When I clicked a page has come after asking os user name and password
The new page's name is vmware infrastructure web access in which there are
Application
Virtual Machine
Administration
Task
Machines events ..

Is this the real vmware server..If not please help me....
My Ultimate aim is to install oracle rac..

This has the link to the exe and looks like a set of instructions to what you seem to want to do:

You just have to register to be able to download the exe.

Also take a look at ESXi which is also free:  http://www.vmware.com/products/esxi/

sir mine is windows os xp pro above is good or not

I don't think server (windows version) is supported on XP, I installed it on mine and it was a didn't work too well...  I swapped it out for Workstation.  Is this just for a test environment then?
