Cannot access Public Folder usings Exchange 2007 OWA Direct URL link

I have a mix 2003 and 2007 Exchange environment.
I cannot access the public folder using the direct url link, ie: http://bc-cas01/public.
It comes back with "page cannot be found"
bc-cas01 is the CAS and Hub Transport.
However, i can access the public folder using Outlook Client. I can also access it if I fully logs into OWA.
All Exchange 2007 are on SP1. I already rebooted all servers.

Since you have SP1, you dont have to access it using the /public URL. You should be able to see it in the bottom left hand side corner. Click on Public folders.

Have you configured Public Fodler replicas on your Exchange 2007 SP1 Server.

I have a custom application that needs to access the public folder using direct url /public.
Yes, I already configured Public Folder replicas.

Are you able to access the Public Folder through the mail page of OWA??

Yes, If I login to OWA, I can click on the Public Folder button at the bottom left, and I have full Public Folder acess. I can also access throught Outlook client.

OK, I end up uninstall and reinstalled CAS option on the server, its working fine now.
