Citrix PS 4.5: runtime error '521' Can't open Clipboard error

Running CTX PS 4.5 environment and users are getting the following error message intermittently:

runtime error '521' Can't open Clipboard

They are seeing this using a financial application where by using the export function in the app, they are essentially attempting to copy it to the clipboard.

Is there anything I can do on the CTX side to resolve this issue?

Thanks.

Here's one specific to "Runtime Error 521: Unable to Open Clipboard"
http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX101600

Here's a general "Clipboard" Issue CTX article:

Is it a VB Application?  Have you ever seen this error if it is run from a desktop?

Yeah, found those articles, but they seem pretty outdated so hoping to find something more relevant that I may be able to do to resolve.  No, when the users run locally on workstation all works fine.
