Outlook prompting for Username/Password every 10-15 minutes

Hi,
I have a user that has reported some errors when using MS Outlook 2007. She is currently using a work laptop to connect directly to our network while at her desk. When she has outlook running, every 10-15 minutes it prompts for a username and password as if its trying to connect to a server but, so far, there have been 4 different servers it has tried to connect to: au-syd-exch01.asiapac.ourdomain.local(our exchange server), autodiscover.ourdomain.com.au, ourdomain.com.au and uk-b-cah-100.ourdomain.local.

I believe we are using Exchange 03 and she is NOT using RPC over HTTP.

Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, both of these don't actually work. I've found the problem is caused by a password change. Somewhere else in the business another computer is trying to log on as her with her old credentials and is temporarily locking her account in AD. The trick is now to find out where her old credentials are being used...

I'll award the points anyway for your assistance.
