1. What is the latest version of commercial usage Power Builder ?
>> PowerBuilder 11.5

2. What is the OCX control? How to use this control?
>> OCX is nothing but an Third party ActiveX controls. You can embed that on PB window or UserObject and later you can use it's properties, methods. It is also known as OLE in PowerBuilder.

e.g. Say you want to display websites in your powerbuilder application. For that you need to use OCX for Microsoft Web Browser. Put this control on your window and use it's Navigate() method to display websites within your powerbuilder application. In short initiating InternetExplorer in PB.

Let me know if you need more help for this.

1. say name of ole control you placed on window is ole_web
2. now write below script in window's open and command button clicked event
ole_web.object.navigate('http://www.google.com/')

you are done.

You can see more properties and methods of any OCX registered on your machine through PowerBuilder's Object Browser > OLE Tabpage
