Exchange and multiple NICs
Hi,
We have exchange 2003 on a server 2003 box and have a web service in IIS also that interfaces with our sql dbase. We want the web service to use a different gateway as we have two but keep exchange using the one it currently is.
I was going to enable one of the other NICs on the server and give it a different gateway but wondered how exchange would know to go down the first gateway when it suddenly has two to choose from. Is there some thing in ESM that says what gateway to use and therefore what nic if there is more than one?
thanks
