Every time i re-boot my server I get "out of licenses" errors, even though i've previously added them into the license application in, administrator tools.
I get two errors:
The product Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 is out of licenses. Use Licensing from the Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out of compliance and how many licenses should be purchased
and the second one is the same, but for Windows Server.
It generates event id: 202 source: LicenseService
Any ideas?

Just up the licenses to at least 499 which will cause the errors to stop. This is a flaw with the licensing service module. In 2008 MS has remove this module from the OS because of so many issues like you are having. Now in 2008 you will just need to hold on to the license paper for auditing purposes.

I agree Angel. There is an article that suggest raising the License count to 499 for a Windows 2000 Server.
