I need to do some stress test to my sever. Where can I find some DOS attack source code?

This applies if your web server is apache (but can test against other types)
 
For attacking perspective, you shouldn't miss the following tools:

1. Slowloris (http://ha.ckers.org/slowloris/slowloris.pl)
2. NKiller (http://sock-raw.org/projects/nkiller/nkiller.c.html)

For stress testing only, you can use apache benchmark (ab) tool.
