Exchange Global address for multiple outside users

Is it possible to setup a global distribution list of email addresses outside of your company.

We have two separate companies running two separate Exchange servers.  We want to keep our email separate but we would like to have one global distribution list for all of the users in the other company that everyone can use when needed.  We do not want to create email addresses in our Exchange server to do this.  Is it possible?  If so how do you do it?

I have looked at each link and determined we are not going to be able to do this easily.  So I have come up with another solution.  The problem is the two companies are not on the same network or equipment.  We cannot afford third party software.  So I created an Outlook Distribution list and then had each user copy it into their contact list.  This will work for us.  Thank you for helping and trying to get us a better solution.
