I like to  port a visio 2007 database erd diagram into sql server 2005? How can I do it? Thanks!

I think what you need is the Visio Enterprise Architect edition, which is only available (as far as I know) with Visual Studio. For example, refer to this article that describes commands for generating a database from Visio:
