Convert old claris works files to a mac word 10.5 format

I need to convert some old claris works files that I can open on a mac os 10.5.
And I would like to do this on a PC do anyone know how I can do this or know a free converter for this?

Only thing I know of that will open Claris Works Files is Appleworks 5. Appleworks 6 will open some files, but not all of Claris Works files. Once you resave it in rtf format, Word or Openoffice (Neooffice) will open them.
