I have user who works at two locations.  He has a bad dupilcation issue with his pop3 account.  I thought the issue was related to his pst and ost files being located from two seperate locations.  I created a network location for both outlooks to look at but the duplication issue is still on going.  I was hoping there might be a suggestion on why the duplcations are still on going and how to correct the issue.  Thank you.

Hi,

I am assuming that you're using Outlook. Have a look at the pop3 account settings -> More Setting -> Advanced. Make sure leave a copy on the server is unchecked on both workstation machines.

Thanks,

Matt
