Hi Folks,
A user is receiving NDR emails, whereas she has never sent any email to borisov@troikacompany.ru. But keeps on receiving NDR. There is no other details mentioned with that NDR..

Furthur Details:
"The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason.  Check the address and try again.  If it still fails, contact your system administrator.

Make sure her Antivirus software is up to date but this is probably just spam.

Spam bots tend to send out emails with random addresses in the 'from' field, your end user for example.  The result is an NDR spam.  The only way to really deal with this is to filter out the NDRs with keywords or message rules in outlook.

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. We are using Sprint antispam software which filters out almost all the incoming emails and 90% of which are spam emails only.

When the user tried to  send copies of the messages (NDR) to us, she complains that it appears those emails didn't go through, sayng it wasn't sent got lost among all of the other "undeliverable" messages.

And based on which parameter I should block those NDR?

Clarification: When she tried to forward the NDR mail to you she would get an undeliverable bouce back from your mail server?
