Hi,

one of my custumer uses the Verdana font with a font size of 11 for all of his emails (in Outlook 2007). When he tries to write an email with Outlook Web Access, he can only choose font size 10 or 12 from the drop-down menu, 11 is not listed. How is it possible to use font size 11?

The same question arises when he uses Outlook 2003 to write a HTML mail and does not use Word as the email editor.

setup: Exchange 2007 SP1 RU2, SCC-Cluster with 2 dedicated Client Access servers.

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Marco

Want to promote your upcoming event?

Are you going to an event? Are you going to be exhibiting at a tradeshow? Talking at a conference? Using a promotional banner in your email signature ensures that your organization’s most important contacts stay in the know and can potentially spread the word about the event.

Thats true when you are using HTML Format..

When you use Rich Text. It does change the font size to 11 and it also gives you option for Font Size 11 as well.

Try it... It should hold true for Outlook 2007. Will test it later in the evening and post the results

I know Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 can use font size 11 with RTF mails, but the question was, how to use font size 11 with Outlook Web Access and with Outlook 2003 HTML mails without using Word as mail editor.
