Guitar Hero III for PC. Sound Problem.

I reainstalled my PC with Windows XP SP3. All work fine, but got a problem with guitar hero III: No sound.

My PC has a
Audio Card : Soundblaster Audio Card, audigy 2.
Motherboard : ASUS
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory Ram : 2GB DDR2

After you re-installed Windows did you install the chipset drivers, audio drivers, video drivers, etc?

Does sound work in other applications?

Yes I installed all the drivers, and yes the sound works in windows media player.

Have you gone through the audio options in Guitar Hero with a fine tooth comb to see if it is set to an alternate output or something like that?

I found the solution doing this:
1. Installed the guitar hero III patch.
2. Update sound card drivers.
3. Activating digital output in the sound card (Creative).
