A user sends out a mass email to multiple participants(over 20 making it hard to find the culrpit) then gets the following message. The AD account student01 is NOT included in the email. Student01 does not have a email box associated in it in AD and never has. It's not even listed in the GAL.
Please help me troubleshoot this problem.
