Is there a local rule that could be causing this?

A user sends out a mass email to multiple participants(over 20 making it hard to find the culrpit) then gets the following message. &nbsp; The AD account student01 is NOT included in the email. &nbsp;Student01 does not have a email box associated in it in AD and never has. It's not even listed in the GAL. &nbsp;<br />

Please help me troubleshoot this problem.<br />

Student01 does not have a email box associated in it in AD and never has. It's not even listed in the GAL.  

Please help me troubleshoot this problem.
