How can i full implement snmp ver 3.0?

My boss ask me for implementation of SNMP ver 3.0. I am a partial CCNP, and this is like a test for me in my work? I want to make the best implementation for our network management. We have 6509, 3750, 2950 switches and 7200 router. Can someone help me to guide this implementation?
