I am running XP SP3 and when I try to open the COM+ applications I get the following error.<br />

Catalog Error<br />
Anerror occurred while processing the last operation<br />
Error code 80080005 - Server execution failed<br />
<br />
Event log has the following error code &nbsp;4689 the runtime enviornment has detected an inconsistancy in its internal state. &nbsp;Error in f:xpsp3\com\com1x\src\coms<wbr />vcs\txprop<wbr />\dtcinfo.c<wbr />cp(158), hr8000ffff. Transaction manager-&gt;GetWhereaboutSize<wbr />.<br />
