How do i create a new GAL in MS exchange 2007??

i am trying to create a new GAL )global address list) on an exchange 2007 machine that is running windows server 2003 64bit

This is what i get from powershell when i run the "NewGlobalAddressList" cmdlet

Looks like you are entering the command in Windows Powershell instead of the Exchange Management Shell. They are two different things. Are you launching it from Start/Programs/Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/Exchange Management Shell?
