migrate from exchange 2003 standard to 2007 entreprise ?

hi experts

very soon we will migrate from 2003 exchange standard edition on old server   to exchange 2007 entreprise on new server
is there any step by step procedure to follow to accomplich this
knowing that we have two servers and the result will be exhange 2007 working on brand new server
