search multiple .pst files for multiple strings at same time and copy results to new .pst file

How can I search multiple outlook .pst files for a list of part numbers and then copy all e-mails that contain these part numbers to a new .pst file.
I have 30 clients with up to 6 .pst files each and I need to search all 6 .pst files at the same time for e-mails that match up to 60 different part numbers.  Then I need to make a copy of those e-mails and save them to a new .pst file.

Hello SRVemuri,

There used to be a wonderful search tool for Outlook, called Lookout, able to search any (all) PST at once. Inbetween, it as been bought by MS, and is... no longer available. Fortunately, it is still available for download on the Internet, for instance at:
However, so far I remember, it was not possible to drag and drop found messages toward another place.

Recently, I've heard about another third party application, but not tested yet:
They do offer 14 days trials, would allow you to confirm it meets your expectations.

Hope this helps,

Thank you very much for your kind help.  I have already tested lookout and it takes a long time to index and has no easy way to move the result to another .pst.
I will look at the other lookeen.net today.
I greatly appreciate your help.
