I used to have this problem all the time, the errors would change peroidically but I couldnt get to the root of the problem. It finally turned out to be corrupt RAM which I dianosed with memtest86+ http://www.memtest.org/. It give it a run to see if it bring sup any errors on your memory modules.

Hope you found the source of the problem, try removing each stick of ram and running the test again.

http://www.memtest.org/download/2.01/memtest86+-2.01.floppy.zip and put in on a floppy disk, reboot with the disk in the drive and hopefully it should load up. Comment again if your still having trouble.

first one :
SYMBOL_STACK_INDEX:  0
SYMBOL_NAME:  smserial+4fc
FOLLOWUP_NAME:  MachineOwner
MODULE_NAME: smserial
IMAGE_NAME:  smserial.sys
DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP:  41e3d3b5
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0xD1_smserial+4fc

second :
SYMBOL_NAME:  smserial+549
FOLLOWUP_NAME:  MachineOwner
MODULE_NAME: smserial
IMAGE_NAME:  smserial.sys
DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP:  41e3d3b5
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0xD1_CODE_AV_BAD_IP_smserial+549
BUCKET_ID:  0xD1_CODE_AV_BAD_IP_smserial+549

so - both the same; smserial.sys is a modem driver :
http://www.modem-drivers.com/drivers/51/51721.htm
if you don't use the modem; disconnect, uninstall; or disable it from the bios
