admin account is locked out

We have inherited a server from a company aquisition a few years back. It is running Soffront Trackweb 8. It has been in use, but we need to logon as an admin, there is an an account and password documented, but it says this account is locked out. users can use it still, but we need to login as an admin.
I have rebooted the server, but still no joy. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Hi mikesjn,

I would suggest using EBCD. It has helped me on numerous occations to reset an Administrator's account. Download, run and burn ISO to cd.

If you have issues using it, let me know!

Cheers.

Thanks JoWickerman, but this is the admin account for the Trackweb application, that is stored internally
I have worked it out, the admin account is stored in the TRUSER table the SQL database, it had a flag set to 224, all the other users were set to 0 or 3 (otherwise the accounts looked the same - except for personalisation), I set it to 0 and no joy, tried 3 it argued about the password, then said would you like to change to new password and let me in.
ADMIN,Can you close for me
