Hello everyone,
How can I remove this spyware mourn_operator.exe , it won't let me login to windows and also via safe mode?!!!!
I try repair my windows, with no luck :(

Hi,

I would suggest you remove the Harddrive and place it in a different PC.
That PC must have the latest anti virus program with the latest updates ofcourse.

And then try to clean the drive.

that was one of my solutions
the combofix had removed this virus completely after a successful check  with antispyware program.

Glad to know Combofix came to the rescue as usual.
Would you like us to check the combofix log for possible leftover bad files?
Just attach the combofix.txt if you like.

Just curious and would like to know how you did it.....but if you could not boot into Windows via Normal or Safe Mode how did you run the tools?

I would guess he removed the drive.
hooked it up to a different machine and started scanning with an antivirus program and then an antispyware program.


That is what i would have done anyways ;)
