Can I save my libraries in subfolders created by me inside the Library folder or can that create bugs later on?

Someone told me that I'm not allowed to create folders inside the library folder, because then the libraries will not work well in Dreamweaver and can give problems in the future. Could you let me know if there is any truth in that. I'm using many libraries so it would help to be able to separate them with subfolders. Can I do that or is there a better solution?
Example of a library in a subfolder countries:

<!-- #BeginLibraryItem "/budg/budg/library/countries/imp-lu.lbi" -->

instead of:

<!-- #BeginLibraryItem "/budg/budg/library/imp-lu.lbi" -->

Hi Luiza1,

There is some truth to that.  The Library and Template systems in Dreamweaver depend upon the ability to rewrite paths in those files when they are applied to documents in the main web site and if you start creating subfolders in the Templates and Library folders, you MIGHT activate the path rewriting bug in Dreamweaver.

However, in theory you can do this so long as you only do it from the Files panel.  Do not rearrange things outside of Dreamweaver because you will definitely break stuff at that point.
