Hi
My clients work on TS Web Access server 2008 on applications Microsoft Access and Microsoft Word.  They can easily print on the office printers from anywhere.  Couple of months back I added (like \\serv02\printer) a printer which was locally installed on another server to server 2008, after that since I did't need it I deleted it.  When my clients work in TS Web Access server 2008 they still see the deleted printer in their TS web access session.  Example if they want to print something in Word the printers window pops up and the first printer they see is (\\serv02\printer).  I want to get rid of this printer so that my clients do not see it in any TS Web Access sessions.  I know I have to do some changes in the registry, where and how?  Help plz.

Can you remove the printer "As Administrator" in the Windows Server 2008 Terminal Server  (not necessarily the same as the web access server).
Very Important to do "As Administrator", or else only your account will have the printer.

I am logged onto the server 2008 as the Domain Administrator, and I cannot see this printer (\\serv02\printer) under the printers in control panel.  I can see only 2 printers which I want my clients to use.  Help plz.

Have you tried having your users completely clear / delete cookies cache etc?

I've been trying to duplicate with no success...

can you try creating a new user, and have connect that user to TS web apps on a computer never connected to TS web before?

Yes.  You are right, I made a new user, connected on a new machine and that ghost printer '\\serv02\printer' did not appear anymore.  Now what should I do with the existing users?  How can I get rid of this ghost printer?
