custom cms price

hello experts,
quick question:
i am developing a custom (simple) cms, that i modify for every user (on demand)
approx 10-15 hours for each user, because every implementation differs,
what would be a reasonable price to ask?
(php, mysql, javascript for checking user input)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

May be to simple but how much an hour do you want to make?

At $10.00 an hour we are talking $100 - $150 to customize the application.

Is $10.00 enough for you? Is $100 - $150 to much for your customers?

To be or not to be, that is the question.

Another issue to consider is how good are you at programming?

Let say I want to hire you as a programmer and you will charge me $20.00 an hour, depending where you live in the world I'd say it's a decent wage, now what I want to know is can I hire somebody else at the same wage that will do the job in half the time you are taking.

When I hire a programmer for a project I usually give him a simple task to see how good or bad he is and I go from there.

I want to know if he deliver on time, if there is bug in the program, how much time do I have to test it, what is his policy regarding support etc. all that influence the bottom price of a project.

If you think (even better if you know) you should get more than go for it.
