- Create an IPSEC VPN between the sites.
- Install Windows Server 2003 on a new box
- Give it the DNS address of your existing server
- Run AD install, choose "Add this to an existing forest"
- Choose the same domain
- Next, Next, Next etc....

Come back in an hour when all your users have replicated onto the new server.

Set up replication between the sites, set it to start at like 5pm and run to 7am.

No downtime what-so-ever.
