Unable to recieve internal emails on blackberry, external emails are received fine.

I have a user who is complaining that he cannot receive internal emails on his blackberry, however emails coming from outside exchange organization are recieved properly. I use BES 4.1.6

If when you say "outside exchange organization" do you mean from users outside of your company, but still addressed to your his work address?

If this is so, it is most likely a filter or a rule in Outlook or on his BlackBerry. Check the user's Outlook rules first... if he is redirecting his e-mail to subfolders that are not syncronized, that could cause this.

Ruled and Filters are the #1 cause of missing e-mails in my company.

yeah I thought the same ..i'm confirming it right now..will let you know once done..currently we are redirecting Inbox Only ...but I think i will have to redirect all the subfolders to his BB if he cannot get the rules out

Well there are good reasons to use rules. My company has a work order ticket system. I use Outlook to file tickets according to their severity levels. Only the highest severity folders are redirected to my BlackBerry.. the other notes i dont want to see, so i dont redirect them.

great .I redirected the folder where the internal mails were moved & its working now
