lotus notes ver5 sent email doesn't merge

i have two nsf file of my email.
i used to email from archive email nsf and i could see the email my current email sent folder.
but now it doesn't. do you know how to fix it?
i use win xp and ver5 lotus notes

They don't merge probably because they're in separate databases. How do you create mail? If you click on New Memo, mail will be created in the same database. So if you're in the archive db, new mails can be found in the archive as well. But if you type Ctrl-M to start a new mail, the mail will be created in your default mail database, the database that is configured in your location document.

What changed, if it used to work? Did you modify your location document?
