Microsoft Exchange queues not sending.

Messages are stuck in the queues on Exchange Server 2003.  From time to time messages seem to get stuck in the queus on our Exchange server. I have checked to make sure they were not forzen and also tried to force the connection. Incoming messages are not an issue.

are the legitimate emails? or spam or postmaster email addresses or something like that?

are you RDNS records correct?
