recovering exchange 2003 database from the recovery storage group to information store

Recently had to recover the entire exchange database. now i am unable to move the mailboxes into the original mailboxes on the correct information store. I have given the appropriate permissions per microsoft. them i tried to move the mailbox from the recovery storage this is the error that i am receiving. Any help would be greatly appreciated as always.
