My Outlook 2003 will recieve emails when I first start it up, but it wont recieve them after that. I have to exit and re-enter to recieve mail. It just &quot;hangs&quot; while trying to talk to the Exchange server. It says &quot;Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the Microsoft Exchange server.&quot; All settings seem to be correct. I have tried a computer restart and I have tried deleting and reinstalling the account to no avail. Any advice?<br />
