OEM setup

How can I remove existing OEM setup (Webbased) and reconfigure OEM for that database.

I tried do some as I shown below but it is not working. Can you please help me setup OEM

When I check the status it says NOT RUNNING

1. This is suspicious:

Listener port number: 5501

2. Check if it is correct!

Based on
WARNING: 'shared_pool_size' must be greater than or equal to 80 MB.
increase the shared pool size


3. Check the default firewalls and turn them off

4. Check if the service is registered by the Listener:

c:\>lsnrctl services

5. try also these:

$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
