Exchange Incoming Email w/ Attachment Bouncing Back

One of my co workers is not receiving emails with attachments from a particular sender's work account.  The sender reports that the emails are getting bounced back.

My coworker is able to receive emails I send with an attachment from my gmail account.  We run Exchange 2003 SP2.  Is it a problem on that particular sender's side or could it be an issue with our server?  

The sender is able to send the email with attachment just fine to my co workers gmail account.  

I don't know if it matters but my co worker is running Eudora on her Mac.  

It's a mystery to me!

The non-delivery report will tell which server bounced the email and why.  Did they provide that information?

Eudora or Entourage, I don't remember which :)  Anyways, that shouldn't matter.

I will have the sender forward the bounced back email to us and report back.

Thanks for that tip about having the sender forward the error report.  That helped narrow the problem down.  It wasn't so much an issue of attachments but rather email size.  I corrected the issues.
