Hello-

One of our employees has a laptop with IE7 and vista Basic installed.  Every time he accesses his email and tries to send one out, the browser closes on him.  Also if he tries to select a new font or font size it continually reverts to the old font size.

I have all the hotfixes on the outlook server and I have installed the MIME file under options on OWA.  The program works fine on WINDOWS XP machines with IE7.

Any ideas?

I am running Vista Business, and when I access the OWA it was changing the font.  I went into OWA options, not the message options, but OWA options, and changed the messaging options to use a different font, etc with the same result,  I change from using HTML to plain text and then tried sending, it sent in plain text.  I then went back in changed it back to using HTML and now I can change my font.  Weird, but it worked.

That didn't quite help me.  My main issue though is that IE closes each time he uses OWA.

There is a hotfix supplied by Microsoft for Exchange server, that fixes this issue.
