Looking for where I can find the Admin tools to manage my Excahnge server for a Windows Vista Client

Where can I find the Exchange 2007 Admin tools that I can install in my Windows Vista Client to be able to manager my Exchange 2007 server from my desktop rather then having to remote into the server it self..

This is what you're after.  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6be38633-7248-4532-929b-76e9c677e802&displaylang=en
On 2003, it was also on the install CD if I remember correctly.

Sorry I didn't read the Vista bit.  It would appear that regular Exch2007 won't let you administer from Vista, but you can if you have upgraded to Exch2007sp1.  See this for reference http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232090(EXCHG.80).aspx

Otherwise this page has a workaround for doing it on Vista using Powershell http://windowsconnected.com/blogs/matt/archive/2007/02/07/how-to-install-exchange-2007-management-tools-for-windows-vista.aspx
