how to set uo port fowarding for remote acces

Hi
I am trying to set up my jobs router so i can access it from home
i ahve a Netgear Prosafe fvg318, but i can't find the port fowarding section, probably is under a differnt name, i need to access my computer from home, but i can't set it up

Please give a hint how to do this

Neglected to mention that it's the "inbound" rules you are concerned abt.  The link only shows how to get to the rules section.  ...sorry
