Are there any good examples out there on how to show an animated gif in vb.net. I can have the gif created or have all the seperate frames. Any examples are good.

The following link shows it but its way to choppy:

I was getting an error when importing the picture so I thought I had to try something else.  I tried a different aniimated gif and it worked. Too much time wasted. Thanks for your help.
