Graphic animation Gif and vb.net

Are there any good examples out there on how to show an animated gif in vb.net. I can have the gif created or have all the seperate frames. Any examples are good.

The following link shows it but its way to choppy:

To show an animated gif in a vb.net form you just have to add a picturebox and choose your'e animated gif

I was getting an error when importing the picture so I thought I had to try something else.  I tried a different aniimated gif and it worked. Too much time wasted. Thanks for your help.
