I have 7 organizations that are merging into 1 single organization with a total of 200 users. I need to design the shared folder structure for the new organization and could really use a folder structure design tool that would allow me to create a visual representation of the structure that can be viewed and approved easily by others. I was hoping to do this in Visio but that doesn't look possible. Is there anything out there that does this? I can't imagine that admins with large number of users just go at it and create the structure without first mapping it out in a Visio like tool.
