Use an active directory query. Open your Active Directory Users and Computers.
On the left near the very top is a folder called "Saved Queries". Right click on this and click New, Query.
Click define query.
Beside "Find", choose Users, Contacts, and Groups.
Go to the Advanced tab, click Field, and choose User, Email Address.
Choose "Ends with" and put your email domain (like "company.com")
Hit ok, give the query a Name, then hit ok again.
The query will run and give you a list of users. Click on View, Add/Remove Columns.
Add "E-Mail Address" and any other fields you wish, remove the ones you don't want, and click ok.
Now you can right-click on the query you just made and click Export List!
