How do I add a double border / ruled line to a Word 2007 document like the ones in the screen captures attached. I can add a border line; however, I cannot find the option in the new version to change the format of the line.

For more ways to create these lines open word and click on the circle with a question mark in the top right hand corner and search for, Insert horizontal lines.

This will give you multiple options on how to insert them and change them.
