Hi

I use RSS Hub which can be set to automatically download any podcasts or RSS feeds at set intervals and automatically appears in the top bar on your windows mobile device in the same way that a notification does.

Mine for example downloads RSS feeds from 30 different sources every day and i get a notification when completed.

Either google it for more information or check out http://www.rssreaderlive.com/default2.aspx?crtag=google2
