Configuring SRP to only run certain apps

I want to configure Software Restricition  Policies in 2003 AD to stop all programs from running apart from the ones I want to allow. How do I go about this. I was using a program called Appsec but this has stopped working now with 2003.

N o I haven't read either of these articles. Had read something samilar. but just touched on the basica. I will have a read and get back to you. Thanks
