How do I retrieve the Favorite Folder list in Outlook 2007?

A customer of mine lost his Favorite Folder list.  I looked in the View > Navigation Pane but it's not listed at all in there.  I tried doing a Ctrl + 1 but that did not resolve.  How can I do this without creating another profile?  Are there any resets that won't affect his mail.

on menu bar, Go --> Folder List

shortcut Ctrl + F6

Actually the Ctrl F1 fixed it.

It's actually Ctrl + 1 - not F1 (which is Help)
