A customer of mine lost his Favorite Folder list. &nbsp;I looked in the View &gt;&nbsp;Navigation Pane but it's not listed at all in there. &nbsp;I tried doing a Ctrl + 1 but that did not resolve. &nbsp;How can I do this without creating another profile? &nbsp;Are there any resets that won't affect his mail.
